Meet the owner

Jessica Mercer is the owner and operator of Stellar Estate Sales. She graduated with a Business degree from The University of Southern California. She worked as a manager at Nordstrom for many years gaining vast knowledge in organizing, merchandising, growing business and customer service. Eventually she decided to start her own estate sale business to combine her love for selling and helping people. With her business degree and background in retail management, this makes her a "STELLAR" candidate to conduct your estate sale.

Each estate sale is different. Every house has different items and every client has different goals. We work with our clients to acheive the best possible outcome for every estate sale. Our clients trust us during their often difficult transitions of downsizing, loss of a loved one, retirement, or relocation. We make it easy for them to relax and leave the heavy lifting to us.

We assess each home and the contents individually, then come up with a plan for the best outcome for our clients, and make sure our plan aligns with their goals.

We take time to prep and organize the home, including any items in closets or hard to reach places. We stage the home for the sale in a way that's aesthetically pleasing and easy for customers to shop. We price each item using our experienced pricing strategy, then advertise on several platforms, including estatesales.net to get maximum traffic to the estate sale. After the sale, we offer an optional clearout.
